A WORKING

A working, not a verdict.

You set every assumption, including the two a lender would set. The lender decides the loan.

The figures here are an example to start from, not rates from FinFlot or any lender. Change any of them. Nothing is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER TOLD YOU
ASSUMPTIONS YOU ARE MAKING

These four are the lender's to decide on a real case. Here they are yours, so the working is only ever as good as what you set them to.

A WORKING, NOT A VERDICT

Monthly amount the assumptions leave room for
₹ 55,000
Loan amount that monthly amount services at this rate and tenure
₹ 63,37,696
Under the property-value assumption, the working caps at
₹ 60,00,000
THE LOWER OF THE TWO₹ 60,00,000

Your property-value assumption is the one holding this working down.

Indicative only. Actual rates, terms and eligibility come from the lender.

WHAT THIS IS FOR

A working you can show.

Open it in front of the customer. The arithmetic is theirs to see; the terms stay the lender's.

A lender arrives at a figure by deciding two things: how much of a household's income it will count towards a repayment, and how much of a property's value it will finance. This page does not guess either. You set both, and it shows you what your own assumptions imply — arithmetic, done in front of you.

Which is why the answer is the lower of the two lines and never a yes. A real case also turns on the applicant's record, the property's own papers and the lender's policy that week, none of which is on this page.

FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. The lender decides the loan. Nothing on this page is an offer, a sanction or advice; it is arithmetic on numbers you typed.

One onboarding. Then all of it.
