See what a home loan is made of.
Set the amount, the tenure and the rate, and watch what each one does to the monthly figure.
The figures here are an example to start from, not rates from FinFlot or any lender. Change any of them. Nothing is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere.

A working you can show.
Open it in front of the customer. The arithmetic is theirs to see; the terms stay the lender's.
Early on, most of an instalment is interest, because interest is charged on what is still outstanding. As the balance falls, the same instalment starts clearing more principal. That is the whole shape of the chart, and it is why a longer tenure lowers the monthly figure and raises the total.
Move the rate by a little and watch the total move by a lot. The rate is not yours to set, and it is not ours: it is the lender's, stated against the case it has assessed.
FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. The lender decides the loan. Nothing on this page is an offer, a sanction or advice; it is arithmetic on numbers you typed.
