Renovation, extension, or both.
For a customer staying where they are and putting money into the home they already own.
- A checklist shaped to the work being done
- Lender queries answered, and explained back to you
- Payout shown as it was built
You source it. We run it.
- Generates a checklist shaped to the work, not to a purchase.
- Verifies the title and estimate once, and keeps them on the file.
- Submits to the lender and answers the queries that come back.
- Coordinates the disbursal, then builds your payout line by line.
Three things, in the field.
- Meet the owner at the house and capture the lead there.
- Upload the papers and the estimate while you are there.
- Stay the customer’s point of contact; the desk keeps you briefed.
Cases this one fits.
Bring the case anyway if you are unsure — the desk will tell you which product it belongs to.
A homeowner renovating rather than moving.
A family adding a room or a floor to the house they own.
A customer combining repairs and an extension in one plan.
Asked for once, and once only.
What a case like this usually needs. The real list is the one generated on the file itself.
Source this ↗- Identity and address for every applicant
- Income records, in whatever form the applicant’s work produces them
- Title papers for the home being improved
- The estimate for the work, and any approval it needs
Your lane, and ours.
Three things happen where you are. The rest happens at the desk, and the lender decides.
Illustrative. The lender decides approval, the rate, the sanction and the disbursal.
Asked before you ask.
01Who decides the loan?+
The lender. FinFlot prepares and coordinates the application; approval, the rate, the sanction and the disbursal are the lender’s alone, under its own policy.
02Does the work have to be approved first?+
It depends on the work and on the lender. Where an approval or an estimate is expected, the checklist asks for it up front rather than after the file has already gone in.
03What does this cost the customer?+
Nothing is ever charged to your customer for our involvement. Any fee a lender charges is the lender’s own, stated by the lender.
FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. We prepare and coordinate the application with regulated lenders. Approval, interest rates, sanction and disbursal are always the lender's decision — what we remove is the friction on the way there.
