HOME PURCHASE

The keys to a new address.

Ready, resale or under construction. You bring the buyer; the desk runs the file to disbursal.

  • A checklist generated for this case, not a generic list
  • Lender queries answered, and explained back to you
  • Payout shown as it was built

01 — WHAT THE DESK HANDLES

You source it. We run it.

  • Generates the checklist for this case and this property.
  • Verifies each document once and keeps it on the file.
  • Submits to the lender and answers the queries that come back.
  • Coordinates the disbursal, then builds your payout line by line.
02 — WHAT YOU DO

Three things, in the field.

  • Meet the buyer and capture the lead where you are.
  • Upload the documents while you have them in hand.
  • Stay the customer’s point of contact; the desk keeps you briefed.

03 — WHO THIS SUITS

Cases this one fits.

Bring the case anyway if you are unsure — the desk will tell you which product it belongs to.

A buyer who has chosen the property and needs the finance arranged around it.

Someone moving from rent to ownership for the first time.

A resale purchase where the seller wants a clean completion.

04 — DOCUMENTS

Asked for once, and once only.

What a case like this usually needs. The real list is the one generated on the file itself.

  • Identity and address for every applicant

05 — HOW THE CASE MOVES

Your lane, and ours.

Three things happen where you are. The rest happens at the desk, and the lender decides.

06 — QUESTIONS

Asked before you ask.

01Who decides the loan?+

The lender. FinFlot prepares and coordinates the application; approval, the rate, the sanction and the disbursal are the lender’s alone, under its own policy.

02Can I source an under-construction purchase?+

Yes. The project’s own papers are checked as part of the file, and the checklist adjusts to what an under-construction case needs rather than asking for a ready-property set.

03What does this cost the customer?+

Nothing is ever charged to your customer for our involvement. Any fee a lender charges is the lender’s own, stated by the lender.

FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. We prepare and coordinate the application with regulated lenders. Approval, interest rates, sanction and disbursal are always the lender's decision — what we remove is the friction on the way there.
