ANSWERS

What partners ask us.

What partners want to know before they sign, on their first case, and about how a payout is built.

BEFORE YOU ASK

Straight answers, by stage.

Pick your stage and read only that. A question these do not answer goes straight to a person.

Before you join

01Is FinFlot a bank or an NBFC?+

No. FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. We help you choose a regulated lender, prepare a complete application and coordinate your case through to disbursal. The decision to lend — and the rates and terms offered — always belong to the lender.

02Who can partner with FinFlot?+

Connectors and referral partners, existing DSAs and sub-DSAs, property professionals such as brokers and developers, and teams building a field force of their own. Individuals and firms both work — the access and the onboarding are set to match.

03Do I need a licence to become a loan partner?+

No licence or examination is required to source loans as a partner. You operate under the agreement and conduct expectations that come from the lender through us, after verification — which is why our onboarding asks for identity, address and banking details before your access goes live.

04What does it cost to become a partner?+

There is no joining fee. You pay nothing to become a FinFlot partner or to get your access — and nothing is charged to your customer for our involvement either. We are paid by the lender on disbursed cases, which is how loan distribution works across the industry.

Your first case

05Which loans can I source?+

Home purchase, home construction, home improvement, plot purchase, balance transfer, top-up loans and loans against property. Home and property finance is deliberately all we do. If a case falls outside it, we will say so plainly.

06What documents will a case need?+

It depends on the loan and the applicant's profile — so nobody gets a generic list. Once the case is understood, the checklist is generated for it, and whoever works the file sees what is submitted, verified or still pending.

07How will I know where a case stands?+

Every case moves through the five stages drawn above, and updates travel to the people attached to it. If a lender raises a query, we explain what it means and what is needed, rather than passing it on raw.

08Who sees the information on a file?+

The people working it, under access controls, in a workspace kept separate from anyone else's, with actions recorded. Partners see what their role and relationship allow — set deliberately at onboarding, not left open by default.

Payouts

09How do partner payouts work?+

Payout is calculated on disbursed cases and shown as a breakdown rather than a single figure — gross payout, processing fees, statutory deductions and any split, per case, raised as an invoice when due. Rates vary by lender, product and arrangement, so we discuss your specific terms in the onboarding conversation rather than publishing a number here. Nothing is ever charged to your customer for our involvement.

Starting

10How do I start?+

Use the form below and tell us how you source today — or reach us on WhatsApp or by requesting a call back. The first conversation is short and specific: what you bring, and whether we are the right fit.
