PLOT PURCHASE

Land first.

A plot bought now and built on later, prepared with the checks lenders expect on land.

  • Prepared with the checks land cases attract
  • Lender queries answered, and explained back to you
  • Payout shown as it was built

01 — WHAT THE DESK HANDLES

You source it. We run it.

  • Generates a checklist shaped to a land case, not a built one.
  • Verifies the layout and title papers once, and keeps them on the file.
  • Submits to the lender and answers the queries land cases attract.
  • Coordinates the disbursal, then builds your payout line by line.
02 — WHAT YOU DO

Three things, in the field.

  • Meet the buyer at the plot and capture the lead there.
  • Upload the layout and title papers while you are there.
  • Stay the customer’s point of contact; the desk keeps you briefed.

03 — WHO THIS SUITS

Cases this one fits.

Bring the case anyway if you are unsure — the desk will tell you which product it belongs to.

A buyer securing land now and building on it later.

A buyer in an approved layout who wants the plot registered cleanly.

Someone adding land next to what they already own.

04 — DOCUMENTS

Asked for once, and once only.

What a case like this usually needs. The real list is the one generated on the file itself.

05 — HOW THE CASE MOVES

Your lane, and ours.

Three things happen where you are. The rest happens at the desk, and the lender decides.

06 — QUESTIONS

Asked before you ask.

01Who decides the loan?+

The lender. FinFlot prepares and coordinates the application; approval, the rate, the sanction and the disbursal are the lender’s alone, under its own policy.

02Can the customer build on it later with the same lender?+

Sometimes, and it is worth asking early. What a lender will do about a later build is the lender’s policy; the desk raises it while the plot file is open rather than after it closes.

03What does this cost the customer?+

Nothing is ever charged to your customer for our involvement. Any fee a lender charges is the lender’s own, stated by the lender.

FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. We prepare and coordinate the application with regulated lenders. Approval, interest rates, sanction and disbursal are always the lender's decision — what we remove is the friction on the way there.
