FinFlot is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend. We help you find a suitable lender, prepare a complete application and coordinate your case. Approval, interest rates, sanction and disbursal are decided solely by the applicable bank or NBFC.
01 Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.
02 Who we are
FinFlot is a loan-facilitation brand operated by Ayantra Technologies Private Limited ("FinFlot", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in India.
03 What our service is
We provide a facilitation service for home and property finance. This includes helping you understand your options, identify a bank or NBFC whose policies may suit your profile, prepare a complete loan application, and coordinate your case with the lender through to a decision and disbursal.
We are a facilitator between you and regulated lenders. We do not receive, hold or disburse loan funds, and the flow of funds is only ever between you and your lender.
04 No lending, advice or guarantee
- We are not a bank, NBFC or lender, and we do not provide loans, credit or deposits.
- Information on this site is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
- We do not guarantee that any loan will be approved, or that any particular amount, interest rate or terms will be offered. Eligibility, approval, pricing, sanction and disbursal are determined solely by the lender, subject to its policies and your eligibility.
- Any figures, illustrations or tools shown are indicative only and are not an offer or a commitment by us or any lender.
05 Who may use the service
You may use this site and service only if you are at least 18 years old, are resident in India, and are able to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable law. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
06 Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete, and update it if it changes.
- Ensure you are entitled to share any information or documents you provide, including for any co-applicant, and that doing so does not breach anyone's rights.
- Make your own assessment of any loan and lender before you commit, and read the lender's offer, terms and charges carefully.
- Use the site and service only for lawful purposes and not to mislead us or any lender.
07 Consent to be contacted
By submitting an enquiry or your contact details, you authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you regarding your enquiry and application by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other means, even if your number is registered on a Do-Not-Disturb or similar list. This consent is limited to communications relating to your enquiry and our service, and you may withdraw it at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
08 Lenders and third parties
Any loan you take is a contract between you and your chosen bank or NBFC, governed by that lender's terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for a lender's decisions, products, pricing, conduct or service. This site may contain links to third-party websites; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
09 Intellectual property
The FinFlot name, logo, and the content, design and layout of this website are owned by or licensed to Ayantra Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission.
10 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site or its systems;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest or collect data from the site;
- upload or transmit any malicious code, or any content you are not entitled to share.
